Warranty & Repair

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 14 days of any defects.
It does not cover improper use, incorrect wash methods or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds / returns / exchanges on order values over $150 that are unworn & have all tags attached in their original form with a 14 days purchase period only.
In the case where a purchase value attracts a free gift and you would like to return an item, you may still do so however the value of the free gift at the time of purchase will be deducted.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange, return or refunds. -
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made & the item is not worn & has all tags attached. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer after the 14 days purchase period.

In the case when the product and packaging are not worn and un damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. We do not offer refunds on clearance items.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you may eligible for a partial refund if items are to be found faulty. We do not offer refunds on clearance items.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not a manufacturing issue, you are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are handled by Stitch Untitled within a 14 day purchase period only & when items are unworn, not damaged & have all tags attached in their original form.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange, return or refunds. -
Stitch Untitled does not allow refunds after a 14 day period.
However we do allow un worn items to be exchanged with all postage costs covered by Stitch Untitled for up to 14 days.
After the 14 day period lapses, your items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date & all postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
Beyond the 30 day period, we do not except returns / refunds or exchanges.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange, return or refunds.
